Become a TADD Member

The Eastern Shore T.A.D.D.(Tourism, Arts and Downtown Development)  organization is comprised of tourism marketing members who are focused on developing vibrant downtowns in municipalities located on the Delmarva Peninsula. Members carry out these downtown development efforts through a collaboration called “Eat. Drink. Buy Art” (EDBA). EDBA creates regional marketing initiatives and offers sharing sessions on best practices and problem solving. T.A.D.D. members meet quarterly and interact in between meetings through email and social media.

To qualify to be a town in the T.A.D.D. organization, the town must submit a membership application and meeting the following criteria:

  1. The town must be located in Maryland or Delaware and on the Delmarva Peninsula.
  2. The town must have an active downtown with at least five retail elements focused on tourism, the arts, restaurants/bars or boutique-type shopping (non-chain stores).
  3. Members must pay annual membership dues of $500. These are due on January 1. Membership dues cover the cost of a part-time executive director and some marketing materials.
